For your security, we recommend your insuring packages against loss or damage, and retaining the tracking number. Youth Machine will not accept COD shipments and is not responsible for returns that are not fully received or in good condition.
Once your return has been processed, we will credit back your bank or card used for the original transaction. Please allow 2-3 business days from the time the return reaches us for it to be processed. Credit back processing times may vary by bank or credit institution.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have ZERO ability to assist you with tracking, failed deliveries, or lost/stolen packages. These issues can only be handled by contacting the courier directly. It is your responsibility to provide a correct mailing address where your items can be safely delivered. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier confirms them as being delivered. These claims must be taken up with the courier and/or your local law enforcement.
